Dendulk Cachets was founded in 2024 by artist Jacob Dendulk as a way to preserve the art of Cachet making. Cachet making includes the tactics and adding illustration of various medium to capably a stamp. For over a century, artists have added artworks to mail. During world war 1 and 2, soldiers on the battle fields would had artworks to envelopes that they sent back to their families. In the early 20th century, collectors began adding artworks to mail they sent as a way to collect. A unique tradition.
